Pizza Crust Experiment: Version 1

For my next daring feat of experimentation, I'm going to attempt to make a gluten-free, yeast-free, gum-free pizza crust. This sounds dangerous.


Crust came out too bready. Definitely needs work.

Recipe for my reference:

1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup sorghum flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Italian seasonings



3 eggs
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 clove garlic (or more)

Preheat 9" cake pan (oiled) in 425 degree oven. Pour mixture into preheated pan and bake for 5 minutes. Then add toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes.


Needs less or no baking soda. Needs more liquid. Not sure what else.
