Pizza Crust Experiment: Version 2

Pizza crust #2 was much better than #1. I cut the baking soda completely and added milk. This is a much thinner crust. It has to be baked in a pan with some kind of lip. Tomorrow I'll post pictures of both Version #1 and Version #2 of the pizza crusts.

Pizza Crust #2


1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup sorghum flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
Italian seasonings

3 eggs
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar + enough milk to make 1/2 cup 
1 clove garlic (or more)

Preheat two 9" cake pan (oiled) in 425 degree oven. Pour mixture into preheated pans and bake for 8-10 minutes. Then add toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes.
