Peanut Butter Frosting

This was requested by my friend Laurie. She is making a chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter frosting for her daughter's birthday and needed some help coming up with creating a tasty peanut butter frosting. This is how I made mine:

Peanut Butter Frosting

8 oz package of cream cheese
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1.5 cups powdered sugar
dash of salt

Whip together the cream cheese and peanut butter. Then add the whipping cream and whip that in until light and fluffy. Sift powdered sugar or whisk in a separate bowl and add in, along with the salt. Whip it, whip it good! ;)

This ranks up there as some of the best frosting I've ever made. It's got a lovely strong peanut butter flavor but is nice and fluffy. It's got just enough sweetness without being too sweet. Not only did it taste great on chocolate cake, I also was digging into the leftovers with a spoon.
