Gluten-free Crazy Cream Cheese Cake

8 oz cream cheese
6 tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
________
2 cups finely grated pecans
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp xantham gum
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1-2 TBSP grated ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp almond extract
2 drops anise extract
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add in the next 7 ingredients and stir until well incorporated. Add in last three ingredients and mix well.

In separate bowl:

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Blend with mixer on medium speed until emulsified.

Pour cake batter into pan. Then pour the cream cheese mixture over it. Run a knife through it a few times to make pretty patterns.

Bake @ 350 for 20-30 min.
