Healthy Fall Snack

Here's a yummy fall snack I've been giving my family lately:

3/4 cup plain yogurt (I buy the quarts of plain Dannon yogurt.)
1/4 cup pureed pumpkin (I use Libby's canned pumpkin.)
A few dashes of your favorite pumpkin pie spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger

Stir it all together, and Voila! a super-easy and tasty treat! If you prefer it a little sweeter, drizzle in some honey or stir in some applesauce.

  1. sounds like granola or nuts/raisins could also be a yummy topping
