3-ingredient challenge: honey, peanut butter, banana

I'm trying something new today. I'm calling it the 3-ingredient challenge. It's pretty simple. First I'll come up with three ingredients by using some creative way. Then I'll take those ingredients and incorporate them into a recipe.

You can play along, too! Take the three ingredients and come up with your own recipe. Blog about it and tell us if your recipe was a huge success, a dismal failure, or somewhere in-between. Don't forget to leave your link for us, and I'll feature some of you on my blog!

Today's three ingredients are from Zoe, my 5-year old daughter.

She chose peanut butter, bananas, and honey. Yum!
3 Ingredients

We decided to bake cookies. (Actually that was predetermined. Cookies were a must today.) Our PB'nana Cookies are more banana-y than peanut buttery.

1 med. banana
1 egg
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup PB
1/4 cup butter-softened
3 tablespoons sugar

1/3 cup sorghum flour
1/3 cup brown rice flour
1/3 cup potato starch
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Mix the first 6 ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix. Then add the vanilla and mix a bit more. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
